FAQ 

Your room will be cleaned every two days. Rooms can also be cleaned daily on request. Please contact reception for this.

Simply hang the sign provided on the outside of your hotel room door. If you would like cleaning at a later time, please let reception know by 14:00.

• The pillows and quilts are made of synthetic material
• The mattress is made of synthetic material
• Duvet covers and towels are washed with environmentally friendly and unscented detergent
• Please note that all hotel rooms are carpeted. For rooms with wooden floors, we recommend our Leo Apartments Miesbach on the hotel grounds. Pets are also not allowed within Leo.

Umbrellas, sewing cases, extra blankets or pillows, irons, towels, flannels, hygiene and cosmetic items (e.g. extra bar of soap, disposable razor, shower cap, body lotion, oral hygiene, feminine hygiene) or other useful items are available free of charge or on loan from reception.

Allergies and food intolerances

• Please inform us of any intolerances at the time of booking.

We look forward to welcoming you on holiday with the whole family. We provide baby cots free of charge. Children up to 12 years stay free of charge in their parents' room (in one of the existing beds). An extra bed can be booked for an additional charge. There is also a playroom for your child on the ground floor.

• You are welcome to bring your dog upon request. We charge € 10.00 per dog per night (without food).
• Dogs must be kept on a lead on the entire site, both indoors and outdoors.
• Our hotel reserves the right to charge for any additional final cleaning or damage to the furnishings/equipment.
